Shaq, a New Jersey native, had a clear vision for PATDON Social Club. It would be the first of its kind in his area. An exclusive community built around art, design, fashion, fine dining, and culture. But the concept hadn't been fully defined, and without that foundation, everything else stalled. How it would operate, what it would offer, how it would communicate its value, and how to stay compliant as a membership-based club.

PATDON came to us with a vision and the ambition to match it. We started by working with Shaq and his team to sharpen the concept. From there, we built the operational framework, the creative direction, and addressed the tax and compliance considerations specific to running a social club.

Every layer was designed to reflect what PATDON cares about most: the details others overlook. The result is a club with a defined identity, a clear structure, and the foundation to grow entirely on its own terms.

Today, we continue to work alongside Shaq in an advisory capacity, supporting team management, financial management, operations, growth strategy, and partnerships as PATDON scales.
