Rob Brown
Managing Director, Founder
MBA & CPA Candidate
“I think it's important to share our ideas and experiences because each person's perspective is unique. No individual is inherently more valuable than another, but how we think, what we've learned, and our experiences shape what we contribute and define our value to others. And for those out there who have solidified a lane of their own, that value requires protection. So every decision made has to be good for the brand and better for the business. Since I worked with my cousin, Hall of Fame Boxing Champion Winky Wright, in high school, my favorite role to play is a dot connector.

How does X play into Y and lead to Z? This is really important when working with high-value clients. Knowing what I know now, I can tell you that I was clueless then. But my experience over the years has confirmed how important it is for creatives and entertainers to operate from a foundation that sustains the interworkings of their professional and personal lives. In the process, I learned how to build and manage that foundation."
